Competitors

Eligible are ITF-G and NWTV Members. Other TKD Athletes, only after Prior Written Request and Written Confirmation by the Organizers!

  • Children and adolescents need a declaration of consent by the parents or a guardian – to be shown with the sport pass at admission
  • Members of NWTV and ITF-Germany start with a valid sport pass
  • Non-members of the association are also allowed to participate with a prior written consent of the organizers´ president and must be shown with their sport pass as proof.
  • Missing documents result in non-participation.
  • After admission is closed no more participants can start for organizational reasons!

Qualification Opportunity for the National Team (only red and black belt)
(juniors 13 to 17 years and seniors and veterans) 

Competitors take the 1st place at the IDM can qualify for the ITF-G national squad and possibly compete in the 2020 European/World Championships. The federal coach decides about the admission and preparation for the European/World Championship squad.

Due to the co-operation of the NWTV and the ITF-G the tournament regulations of both associations apply.
In all classes mixed age classes are not possible!

Consolidation

For all competition classes, organizational merge with the next higher or next lower class (no matter which classification criterion) is possible without approval. If you have no opponent in the fight, you will receive your entry fee back on request.

Team events:

Team-Tul: (mixed female and male)
D-, C-, B-, A-Youth and Seniors / Oldies 3 – 5 persons, (shifted sections and different starting points are allowed, but no other movements than Tul-movements, so in particular no acrobatics, cross-youth teams are allowed!)

Team-Fight: (male and female separated):
B-, A-Youth and Seniors / Oldies Minimum 3 and maximum 5 people (no youth teams, free weight and belt class)

Combat mode

Elemination fights
D-Youth/C-Youth: 1×1,5 minutes – only point stop system.
B-Youth: : 1×2 minutes – point stop and/or fight through.
A-Youth, Seniors and Veterans = 2×2 minutes – just fight through.

Final fights
D-Youth/C-Youth: 2×1 minute – only point stop system.
B-Youth: : 2×2 minutes – point stop and/or fight through.
A-Youth, Seniors and Veterans = 2×2 minutes – just fight through.

Referees

The division and compilation of the fighting court are responsibility judges of the ITF Germany e.V. and the NWTV, Sabum Seyfettin Eryörük, 7. Dan Taekwon-Do and Boo-Sabum Ahmet Şengezer, 3. Dan Taekwon-Do! Every club that registers five or more participants must have at least one referee / scorekeeper. Prerequisite, the referee / judge of a foreign organization has at least the 1st Dan. Judges of ITF-Germany e.V. have at least the judge C license. The catering for the judges will be provided!

The final registration list must be present by Tuesday, 08.11.19 ONLINE!
NO written and/or other excel spreadsheets will be accepted as registration by email and/or by post – registration can ONLY be received online via this page.

Entry Fees for Participants of Other Associations:  

Participants of written foreign associations pay 3 € Euros extra per single discipline and 5 € additionally for double and triple starts and team competitions.

Awards

Single discipline: 1. + 2. + 3. Place one medal each. The 3rd and 4th places are not battled out.
Team: 1st – 3rd place: team cups plus medals for the athletes

The award ceremony takes place directly after the respective class at the contest area.

In Case of Ambiguity, the Judges Decide Sabum Seyfettin Eryörük (ITF-Germany e.V.) and Boo-Sabum Ahmet Sengezer (NWTV e.V.)

Organizers assume no liability for personal injury, property damage and/or damage of any kind! In this context it should be mentioned that the wearing of a head protection is not obligatory. But it is recommended for children to wear head protection!

Admission spectators

Adults 2,50€ / Euro, up to 17 years 1,50€ / Euro, Children under 6 free entry

Please note

  • Participation only in Teakwon-Do Dobok (example ITF, WTF, trad Dobok, etc) – no judo, kickboxing, kung fu or show suits
  • Hand and foot protection, mouthguard and deep protection under the pants (only hygienically clean and technically flawless equipment) is required.
  • Head protection and shin guards are welcome!
  • No boxing gloves, no open, laced or glued Safe-Ty´s
  • For every fifth registered participants one (1) supervisor will be admitted!
